In line with our 30 day return policy you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, with no signs of damage. It must also be sent in its original packaging, containing the receipt.

To begin the return process please email us at sales@exofit.fit. If we accept your refund request, you will be emailed a return shipping label for you to print, as well as instructions on how to complete your return.

We will not issue refunds for any items returned without prior our acceptance.

Damages

Please carefully inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately there is any damage or defects, or if you have received the wrong item. We can then investigate and rectify the situation.

Cancelled installations

In the case of a cancelled installation, a deposit refund will only be given if we are notified 4 weeks prior to the planned installation date.

Refunds

You will be contacted once we have received and inspected your returned goods, and inform you if we have approved the refund or not. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank/credit card company to process the refund.
