Featuring aesthetically pleasing and strong monkey bars, high and medium bars and parallel bars, this installation will provide you with a full physical challenge! The parallel bars are 2000mm long, giving more room for planche and dip training.
The high bar is 2400mm long, has a thicker wall than the other bars, and is suitable for 2 people to train alongside each other. The other bar is typically set at 1900mm, while the parallel bars are set at 1400mm.
The posts supporting the high bar can be substituted for longer lengths at extra cost, to enable fully extended muscle ups or ring work. Please use the option boxes to select your preference. This refers to a change in length of 2 posts to allow extra height.

Children of all ages will be kept busy too with the monkey bars, climbing wall and basket/nest swing offering years of fun and growth. The swing included with this installation is of domestic quality and can withstand a combined weight of 150kg. A nest swing that complies with EN1176 will be considerably more. A rope climbing net is available at extra cost.
The climbing wall is constructed of 2 sheets of phenolic marine plywood supported on metal brackets. The edges of the plywood are treated with phenolic edge sealing paint. Climbing grips are an additional cost.

*We work towards EN16630 standards (legacy BSI PAS888, DIN7900. All ExoFit equipment is free from sharp edges, crush points, entrapments and exposed stop ends.
*Our posts are made from premium kiln dried and laminated Larch and are much less prone to splitting or warping. They’re supplied to us treated, before we fill any imperfections with an epoxy based filler. We then sand and paint them with 3 coats of UV stable Remmers lacquer to enhance their appearance and longevity.
*We don’t install our posts in the ground. Instead we use heavy duty galvanised H post holders, meaning vastly prolonged life and easy dismantling of your gym should you need to move house.
*All our metal hardware is designed and manufactured using the latest CAD and laser cutting technologies. Everything is manufactured exclusively for ExoFit and we don’t import cheap materials. Our bars are constructed from 33.7mm diameter British S355 steel and have 3 and 4mm wall thickness. Our end flanges are made from 8mm stainless steel for longevity.
*All our metal hardware zinc primed and is powder coated in UV stable textured black RAL 9005, and manufactured to ISO 9001:2008 standards.
*We use high quality fixings. Any butt joints are reinforced using M16 threaded bar set in resin, and Konstrux timber screws. All drill holes in the posts are treated with boron gel to deter rot.
*All our installations are modular and flexible in design. The bar height is up to you, but typically we recommend 2800mm, 2400mm, 1800mm and 1400mm.
*Where possible posts can be substituted for longer lengths to enable bars to be mounted higher. Bar length is also optional where designs allow. Any changes from the standard designs are subject to additional costs.
*We can also provide stainless steel post caps to extend the life of your installation.
